Detached cottage. Mid C17. Limestone rubble with dressed stone
quoins. Stone slate roof with stone ridge and ashlar stacks to the
main body. Artificial stone slate to the weatherboarded extension.
Rectangular plan with C20 lean-to at rear and C20 garage extension
to the left gable end. l½ storeys with gablet off-centre left.
Two 3-light and one small single-light metal casement to the ground
floor, all three with timber lintels. Two light raking dormer with
a C19 casement upper right; 2-light double-chamfered stone-
mullioned casement with stopped hood to the gablet. Similar gablet
at rear. C20 plank door off-centre left with timber lintel. l½
storey C20 extension to the left with aweatherboarded front.
Single storey C20 lean-to extension at rear. Gable-end and axial
stacks, both with moulded cappings and skirtings. Flat coped
gables. Roll-cross saddle at the right gable end. Interior not
inspected.
