House. Late 1830's. Part of a group laid out by John Shepherd, a Howden
joiner. Brick in English garden wall bond, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3
bays, symmetrical facade. C20 glazed door in doorcase with plain jambs and
consoles holding dosserets and hood. Sashes with glazing bars beneath
channelled wedge lintels with panelled dropped keystones throughout.
Hipped roof. Interior not inspected. Neave D, Howden Explored, 1979.
