Shop and flat. Early-mid C19. Colour-washed brick in Flemish bond. Welsh
slate roof. 3 storeys, 2 bays. C19 shop front with central doorway, and
entrance to flat at right. Recessed glazed door flanked by 2-pane plate-
glass windows with semicircular glazing bars to heads. 4-panel door with
overlight to right. The whole is articulated by pilaster strips with
scrolled consoles carrying dosserets with acanthus motifs and plain frieze,
cornice above carried on paired brackets. 4-pane sashes with stone sills
and wedge lintels to first and second floors. Hipped roof. Right end
stack. Included for group value.
