C184O-50 substantial stucco faced villa. A broad composition of 3 bays with
a centre break end a slightly recessed 2 bar wing to left. Low pitch hipped
slate roof with deep flat eaves on shaped brackets. Flanking band corniced
chimneys. Chanelled rustication to ground floor from plinth to cornice over.
The ground floor windows given a tripartite grouping with narrow side lights
separately pierced, keystones to flat arches and chanelling struck in. On
1st floor the outer window are flanked by fielded panels of equal size.
Rounded headed doorway in centre break with chanelling stuck to arch. Double
surrounds to windows in wing, those on ground floor with horned glazing bar
sashes. The villa is set back behind carriage sweep.
