C1830-40 detached villa with coach house to north side, originally matching
No 8. Two storeys stucco faced, 3 bay front. Plinth; sill band, deep
frieze. Gable end slate roof with overhanging eaves, flanking corniced
chimneys. A C1870 2 storey pilastered canted bay window has been inserted
in the southern bay with cornice and blocking course and a single storey
one to the north. Original centre first floor and right hand windows in
eared architrave surrounds. Round headed central entrance with recessed
doorcase of engaged fluted Roman Doric columns with entablature over
doorhead and looped radial fanlight above. Screen wall link to 2 storey
coach house with segmental archway.
