Farmhouse, early C19. Coursed rubble with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys.
3 bays, symmetrical facade with central door in trellised porch with a small
light to either side. Windows are all wide 20-light sashes with thin
dropped-end hoodmoulds, and voussoirs. Castellated parapet. Gable end
stacks. Brick wing to left terminates in a stone dovecote with moulded
string course and hipped slate roof raised on angle supports above a
continuous space as entrance for doves. House has continuous outshut and a
further stone wing behind.
