Farmhouse, early to mid-C18, now derelict. Coursed sandstone rubble, stone
slate roof with gable chimneys. L-shaped plan: 2 bays, single depth, with
large full-height rear extension to 2nd bay. Two storeys; offset left of
centre a plain doorway, windows of 2-lights to the left, 3 lights to the
right, both with thin chamfered mullions and thin hoodmoulds, and 2 square
windows above (most lights lacking glazing). Left return wall and rear
re-entrant covered by large modern lean-to. Rear gable of extension has 3
rectangular openings at ground floor and 2 above.
