West tower north aspect. Courses of red granite banded with white limestone. Bands appear nowhere else on the church, so the tower has been built at a different date. Limestone ashlar quoins and moulded string courses. Oculus window in second stage, blocked. Quatrefoil in lozenge window, third stage. (Photo Apr 2009).
