Detached cottage. Early C19. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof between stepped coped gables; brick
and stone end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. Sash windows, 16-panes, set almost flush with walls under large
dovetailed stone lintols; entrance door lower bay 1 screened by timber and tiled enclosed verandah. Interior not
seen.
