House, now offices. Early C19. Local lias stone cut and squared, Ham stone dressings; Welsh slate roof with plain
gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Ham stone plinth; 16-pane sash windows in architraved surrounds;
central 6-panel door part glazed, set in Ham stone surround with Tuscan pilasters and plain entablature over. Interior
not seen. Extending about 4 metres from north east corner matching low stone wall, with section of wrot iron railing
with twist spear head on return, contributing to setting. House served as preparatory school in first quarter of C20.
