House with shop. Early C19. Local lias stone cut and squared, painted ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiled roof
behind low parapet with coped east gable; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 5 bays. Plinth, string course and moulded
coping to parapet; C20 shop front with 3-unit window and glazed door to right, flanked and separated by plain
pilasters; above plain sash windows in architraved surrounds. Interior not seen. Included primarily for group and
streetscape value.
