Corner house of row. C18 apparently incorporating earlier work. Local lias stone roughly squared; clay pantiled roof
between stepped coped gables; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays irregular fenestration.
Rudimentary plinth, rounded south west corner; 16-pane sash windows in plain openings with voussoired flat arched
heads; to lower bay 3 a 6-panel door under fanlight glazed Chippendale fashion, set in deep reeded lined reveal, with
flat timber porch hood carved on 2 cast iron Doric style columns; straight joint right of door. south gable irregular,
with traces of earlier windows. Interior not seen, but reported are beams with stepped runout steps, and rear lateral
fireplace alongside spiral staircase. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1974).
