II
Coach house, now agricultural store. Circa 1860. Coursed and dressed red sandstone rubble, part rock-faced, with ashlar coping stepped down to east and west sides. Lean-to slate roof concealed by parapet to south.
South front has partly projecting rectangular tower to centre with plain corbel table and embattled parapet. Narrow rectangular slit opening to first floor and narrow round-headed window directly below. Sections to left and right have thin stepped buttresses to centre, that to right with narrow rectangular opening to right. Rear has wide double doors to left and right with open bay to centre. Red brick lean-to to centre on first floor within tower projection is probably former grooms' accommodation. Approached through trap door with ladder beneath.
