Cottage and farmhouse. C17, early C18. Rubble and brick,
colourwashed. Pantile and plain tile roofs, some steep pitched.
Partial plinth, cogged and dentillated eaves, single coped gable
with kneelers. 2 ridge stacks. Single and 2 storeys. 5 bays.
Single range. Windows are mainly C19 and early C20 casements.
East front has to right, single bay C20 lean-to addition, brick
with asbestos cement roof, and to its right, C20 lean-to timber
porch. To left, close boarded door flanked by 2 casements. To
their right, C19 panelled door with hood, flanked by single
casements. Above, 4 casements plus a casement in return angle.
South gable has late C19 shop front with recessed door flanked by
single casements, and above, blocked casements. West front has
irregular C20 fenestration.
