House and adjoining outbuilding. Now dental surgery. Late C18
and early C19. Brick and coursed rubble. Welsh and artificial
slate roofs. Rendered plinth, chamfered eaves, pedimented gables.
3 ridge and single gable stacks. 2 storeys, plus garrets. L-
plan. Windows are mainly C20 casements with segmental heads.
Main front has off-centre early C19 tent roofed iron porch with
segmental headed door. To its left, square bay window, early C20.
To its right, a casement and a similar bay window. Above, 3
casements. Above again, to right, a casement. West gable has
single casement to garret. Rear elevation has to left, segmental
headed casement, and to its right, door and pointed window.
Above, 3 casements. Above again, 2 casements, and to right C20
flat roofed dormer. Adjoining outbuilding, single storey, 6 bays,
has 6 doors and 2 casements.
