Farmhouse. Probably c.1770; altered. Brown brick in Flemish bond, roof of
pantiles (replacing stone slate). Square 2 x 2 bay plan. Two storeys and
attic, almost symmetrical, with gable chimneys; doorway in the centre, with
modern glazed door (former small pedimented doorcase removed); 2 tall
windows on each floor (those to the right closer to the door), all under
splayed stone heads with pseudo-voussoirs and keystones, (altered glazing
replacing sashes). Interior: original plain staircase to full height, with
closed string, double square newels; 6-panel doors.
