Farmhouse and cottage under one roof. Dated 1807 at 1st floor. Coursed
squared sandstone, slate roof. Double depth plan, 2-bay farmhouse with
single-bay cottage at left end. Two storeys; farmhouse has doorway offset
left of centre, with board door, 2 sashed windows on each floor; cottage
has doorway at left end, and sashed window on each floor, all these with
splayed stone heads and the windows with stone sills; at the junction, at
1st floor, a quatrefoil panel lettered L . Multiple-flue chimney at the
