House. 1890s. Red brick with blue brick bands and stone porch. Clay tile roof with gabled ends with terracotta finials. Eclectic late Victorian style. PLAN: Double depth with entrance and stairhall on right and drawing room on left with dining room and service wing behind. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. Asymmetrical 2-bay front. There is a brick bay on the left, canted on the ground floor and square above, with brick corner pilasters and segmental arched windows, corbelled brick parapet with terracotta finials and gable above that with triangular oriel and decorated with small brick pilasters, the lowest order continuing to right to small brick belvedere corbelled out on the right corner; moulded and dentilled brick eaves. Stone porch on right with moulded elliptical arch with keystone, glazed doors and window above in elliptically arched recess with brick keyblock and moulded brick stringcourse above. Sash windows with large panes. INTERIOR not inspected.
