Farmhouse. Late C16/early C17 with late C18/early C19 addition. Timber
framed with rendered infill and brick with a plaintile and pantile roof.
Two storeys with attic. Entrance front: C20 fenestration. Late C18/early
C19 single bay at right with a lean-to to its right flank. The late
C16/early C17 portion at left of this has a projecting C20 gabled wing to
left of centre. This wing has a panelled door at centre and single-light
casement to right and a 2-light casement to the first floor. To left of
the wing are a 2-light ground and first floor windows. To right are three
2-light and one 3-light ground floor casements and two 2-light casements at
first floor level. At far right, in the added portion are a 3-light ground
floor bow window and a 3-light gabled semi-dormer to the first floor. The
right hand gable end is blank save for a C20 chimney stack. The left hand
gable end has a 3-light ground floor and a 2-light first floor window with
a blocked attic window. The lean-to at left has a 2-light ground floor
casement. Rear: long outshut of C20 date at ground floor level. To the
first floor at left are a single-light and two 3-light casements and at
right a C17 3-light window with ovolo-moulded surround and mullions. The
later addition at left of this has a 2-light ground floor casement and a 3-
light first floor gabled semi-dormer.

Interior: close studding and chamfered ceiling beams to ground and first
floors. Screens passage with screen which has moulded muntins. Jowled
wall posts. Massive chimneybreast with baffle entry.
