Cottage. c1870. Red brick; plaintiled roof. Tudor style.
EXTERIOR: one and a half storeys to the main range, which is
set gable-on to the road with a small single-storey range at
right angles to it. The gable has moulded bargeboards and
pendant spike finials at the apex and eaves. Round- headed
paired single-light casement windows have chamfered brick
surrounds. The single storey section has a blocked window and
a small lean-to porch extension.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
To the west of the house an attached curved section of high
red brick wall with dentils; to the east, a short straight
attached section of wall with a semicircular-headed doorway
and a boarded 'Tudor' door.
