Double-fronted house of the 1880s, marked on 1891 OS, possibly associated with nearby Cwm Rheidol lead mine.
House, whitewashed rubble stone with slate deep-eaved roof and large stone end stacks. Two storeys, double-fronted with two 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs to each floor, lower ones shuttered over, slate sills, and centre door also with stone voussoirs, renewed board door. Rubble stone windowless end walls.
Interior not available for inspection.
Included as a little-altered later C19 house still in late Georgian style.
