An early/mid C19 cart shed which remains as built. It seems to be shown on the Tithe Map of 1839.
The building is constructed of roughly coursed local lias limestone rubble with blue lias blocks curved on either side of the cart opening, Welsh slate roof. The opening faces east, is full width, and has the roof hipped over it. Plain side walls, the rear gable abuts the barn but is built separately from it.
Three bay queen strut roof with iron reinforcement on the struts.
Included for its special interest as a part of a very complete C19 Vale farmstead group.
