Early C19.
Rubble stone, with a hipped slate roof. Three storeys, 2 bays, the front slightly curved to follow the bend of the road. Entrance at the narrowed N end, a C20 door, and a further door to rear. Four x three paned sashes in openings with cambered heads, and C20 6-paned pivoted windows to attic. Central brick stack.
Included for group value with the Old Post Office, within the Conservation Area of Meifod village.
