A house of the mid C19. Stone, rendered to front, with slate roof and boxed eaves. Two storeys, 3 bays. Central stair hall plan with stack to left gable, and added 2-storey rear service wing of 1 bay on left with gable stack. C20 door with narrow overlight, within a surround with a bracketed canopy. Similar door central to the E gable. Sixteen-paned sashes with stone sills to both floors.
Included largely for group value as part of the continuous range of buildings opposite the churchyard, and a building retaining its original windows.
