Mid C19 detached house, on backland site behind Pentour Chapel, not apparently marked on 1844 tithe map. The front stuccoed, with added bay windows c1900.
Detached house, stone rubble construction with painted stucco cladding, lined as ashlar, slate roof and painted stuccoed end stacks. Two-storey, 3-window range, upper floor with 3-4-pane sash windows, on ground floor a canted bay window with 4-pane sash to front and 2-pane sash to sides either side of central doorway. Six-panelled door with top 4 panels fielded and plain overlight. Twelve-pane sash windows in upper floor from previous listing are no longer extant.
Rear of painted roughly-plastered stone rubble, with flat-roofed C20 extension to ground floor. First floor has 5 windows set at uneven heights, 3 of which have stone voussoirs with keystones, 4-4-pane sash windows and the second from the right is a 9-pane sash window. Second from left is set lower, as stair-light.
Included as a C19 detached house of late Georgian character.
