Late C18 to mid C19 terraced house, part of a stepped terrace. Building marked on this site on 1844 tithe map.
Terraced house, painted stucco cladding, with imitation slate roof and rendered stack at left end. One-and-a-half storey double-fronted elevation, with a gable over each of the upper storey windows. C20 plastic windows throughout, central doorway with C20 glazed door. Forecourt with stone rubble retaining wall and flight of 6 steps leading down to street. Previous listing notes brick stack to left end; sash windows without glazing bars and plain door with plain rectangular fanlight.
Included for group value as part of a prominent stepped terrace on the approach to Upper Fishguard.
