Terraced house in unpainted roughcast and stucco with slate roof and stone left-end stack. Two-storey three-window range of plastic C20 windows imitating lost 12-pane sashes and plastic door. Bracketed eaves, stucco quoins, sill band and surrounds with keystones. Slate sills.
Included, despite alterations to windows and door, for group value. The first of the row of seven houses marked on 1847 Tithe Map, built on land owned by David Evans, Neuadd; this one occupied by Captain Evan Jenkins.
