Mid C19.
Near-detached house, unpainted roughcast with painted stucco dressings, slate flat-eaved roof and rendered end stacks. Basement and two storeys, three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sashes with painted slate sills. Four-panel half-glazed door with traceried overlight. Stucco angle strips, sill band and window surrounds with keystones. Basement door to left with small window adjoining, next to raised terraced garden enclosed by roughcast whitewashed retaining wall with delicate iron railings, matching gate and openwork wrought-iron piers. Four slate steps into garden and four broad slate steps up to front door.
Listed as not marked on 1847 Tithe Map, but a good example of typical New Quay house with original windows surviving.
Group value.
