Not built up on 1848 Meyrick estate map; street was named after Edward Laws who died 1854.
Circa 1850-60 terraced house, in white stucco with imitation slate roof and rendered N end stack. Two-storey two-window range of 6-pane sash windows, with vertical glazing bars. Arch-headed door to right in pilastered surround with moulded arch, plain fanlight with modillion cornice and 4-panel door. Two steps up. [A similar doorcase was on No 64 adjoining in 1981.]
