Mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, gabled house. Harled whinstone and slate rubble. Gabled dormer windows breaking eaves at attic.
SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: slightly asymmetrical advanced gabled porch to right of centre, boarded timber door, small window to left, window to left return; large window to outer right bay; 3 different sized windows to centre and left bays. Regularly fenestrated large stone, gabled dormers breaking eaves to 1st floor.
NW (REAR) ELEVATION: irregular fenestration to ground.
NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: window to ground outer left, bow-fronted, flat-roofed outbuilding abutting to centre.
SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end.
Plate glass fixed timber frame windows. Grey slates, lead flashing, coped gable stacks.
INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
BOUNDARY WALL: slate slab coursers.
