Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, slightly asymmetrical improved cottage. Harled whinstone and slate rubble. Regular fenestration. S facing, abutting 47 to E.
Boarded timber door, 4-pane, timber sash and case windows. Grey slates, lead flashing, coped gable stacks.
INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
