Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, improved cottage, rectangular-plan. Harled whinstone and slate rubble.
NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: regular fenestration, framed-and-lined timber door to centre.
SW (REAR) ELEVATION: obscured as terrace cut into earth bank.
SE (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end, ruinous cottage wall abutting to outer right.
NW (SIDE) ELEVATION: harled gable end.
Small, 4-pane timber sash and case windows. Coped gable stacks, grey slates, lead flashing.
INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
