Description

J & R S Ingram, Kilmarnock, 1903. Single storey, irregular-plan Lodge, in simplified style of Ladykirk House. Bull-faced and stugged red sandstone, ashlar dressings, slate roof, pale terracotta crenellated ridge tiles. Base course, crowstepped gables, coped ridge stack. 2-pane timber sash and case windows with chamfered arrises. Gun-loop ventilators to gables.

FRONT ELEVATION: panelled door with fanlight and moulded doorcase to centre, window to left, gabel slightly advanced to right with corniced projecting window.

LEFT RETURN ELEVATION: window to left, gable slightly advanced to right with window.

RIGHT RETURN ELEVATION: 2 windows to right, gable slightly advanced to left with windows.

REAR ELEVATION: door to centre, gable to left with 2 windows.
