Description

Circa 1960. 2-storey, 3-bay Scottish 17th century terraced tenement, Harled with ashlar sandstone margins, base course, eaves band, steeply pitched crowstepped gables

W (BOW STREET) ELEVATION: door at ground to centre with oculus above, stone-mullioned tripartites in outer bays, regular fenestration above.

S ELEVATION: adjoining single storey building, upper part of gable exposed.

UPVC tilt and turn windows. Graded grey slates, ashlar stack in S gable and ridge stack.

Statement of Interest

Good traditional revival design, part of a wider municipal development in Baker, Bow and St John's Streets.
