Sandstone ashlar, stepped base course and dressings, squared and snecked bull-faced masonry. Door (2-leaf, boarded) with roll-moulded surround to outer left; high windows in remaining bays. Piend-roofed, slate-hung dormer with swept eaves.
12-pane timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates to expansive roof. Ridge tiles.
