Probably Sir Frank Mears & Partners, in collaboration with Stirling Burgh Architect, conceived 1938, realised post-war, circa 1955. Small, single storey, 4-bay terraced property on falling ground turning corner at head of Baker Street. Ashlar with contrasting base course, chamfered corner. Door to outer left, window in each remaining bay.
12-pane sash and case windows. Graded grey slate roof with apex ventilator in exposed gablehead.
Part of a wider development of the burgh's core using a modern Scottish revival idiom, included for group value.
