E ELEVATION: bay to right with door at ground reached via descending steps, small window at 1st floor above. 2 bays to centre and left corresponding with bowed bays on W elevation, timber sheds built over ground floor openings. Single window at ground in lean-to to outer left.
S ELEVATION: lean-to advanced, with blank wall of house above and to left.
N ELEVATION: single bay section with window between ground and 1st floors.
4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof with cat-slide to N. Broad, harled brick ridge stack to centre

Rumoured to have originally been a single storey cottage, the main part visible today would appear to date from the 1810's to 1840's. The piended section to the north may be slightly later.
