Later 18th century to early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house terminating irregular terrace. Painted harl and render, plain margins.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 5-bay ground floor, 3 doorways to centre with window flanking, 3 windows at 1st floor symmetrically disposed. 2 canted dormers.
W ELEVATION: 2-bay gable end, doorway to left at ground.
E ELEVATION: adjoining 4 Wharf Street.
N ELEVATION: adjoining 133/135 Bridge Street.
Timber sash and case windows with plate glass at 1st floor. Modern grey slate to pitched roof. Stone skews, small skewputts. Brick gablehead stacks.
An important and early survivor on the old Harbour front and a significant landmark when approaching Montrose over the bridge from the south. Part of the Bridge Street and 1-12 Wharf Street B Group.
