Earlier 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay terraced tenement with shops at ground. Painted ashlar with base course, cornice and blocking course; windows at 1st and 2nd floor architraved. Deep-set tenement door at centre, flanked by shops with further doors; centre bay blank above ground, windows to each floor in flanking bays.
12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Mutual stacks
(1 brick, 1 raised in brick) and ashlar skews.
Framed by default with the giant pilasters of the neighbouring properties. B Group with Nos 1-3 and 9-13 Bank Street.
