Description

A Maitland and Sons, 1878. Tooled ashlar, polished ashlar
dressings. Single storey, 3 pilastered bays with centre
round headed door under hoodmould with crest above. Flanking
keystoned and architraved roundheaded windows; 2 bay flanks
with similar window detailing. Main cornice and balustrade,
continuing across gables; ornate end stacks corbelled at
gable; piended slate roof; ornate cast-iron ridge cresting.
Low retaining wall with cast-iron spearhead railing, gate
posts and pedestrian gate.
Interior: coved and coffered ceiling.
