Description

Earlier 19th century, tall 3 storey and attic, 3 wide bays with
shops at ground and dwelling above. Ashlar frontage, painted at
ground floor; harled flanks and south elevation with painted
dressed stone margins. 2 doors with flanking shop windows,
modernised to No 25. Band courses between storeys; cill course
to 1st and 2nd floor windows; eaves course; 12-pane glazing. 1
central original piended dormer with 6-pane glazing. South
elevation (Hill view); 2 storeys and attic over basement, 3
bays, substantial central stair tower with pilastered doorpiece
and panelled double leafed door. 2 piended dormers; 2-pane
glazing; stair window; corniced end stacks; slate roof.
