Description

Circa 1820. 2 storeys and attic, 4 wide bays; painted ashlar.
Broad outer chanelled pilasters at ground floor continuing
panelled at 1st floor. Good symmetrical pilastered shop front
with aproned panels under windows; blocked centre door now
window; architraved 1st floor windows with bracketted cills.
Eaves cornice with small pendant moulding between bays. 2
original piended dormers, end stacks; slate roof. Fine gilt
pestle and mortar sign on wrought iron bracket.
