Later Victorian. Large 2-storey snecked rubble on corner
site; 3-window to Queens Road, canted bay section to right,
with swagged frieze. Thomsonian doorpiece of dwarf doric
pilasters ground floor bipartite at 1st, 3-window (1
bipartite) to Balmoral Place. Modillioned eaves cornice,
slated platformed roof. Single-storey and attic wing at rear,
dormer altered.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
