Description

Style of John Allan 1890s, 2-storey and basement symmetrical semi-detached snecked rubble 2-window (tripartite at ground

floor, bipartite at 1st) between 5-light bow fronted end bays

whose steep roofs are projected back along double-chimneyed

flanks with central entrances. Unusual window divide with

2-pane upper sashes, slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
