Mid 19th century. Early Victorian Neo-Jacobean. 2-storey
symmetrical semi-detached polished ashlar pair, consoled
doorpieces with ornamental strapwork heads, advanced bipartite
outer bays with consoled 1st floor balconies and stepped
crenellated parapets. Slated roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
