Mid 19th century. Early Victorian classic. 2-storey and
basement semi-detached corner block, polished ashlar, 1
canted bay with lozenge panelled spandrels and pilastered
doorpiece with splay each elevation, architraved windows with
cornices at ground floor, quoin ends, cornice and parapet.
Slated roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
