Early Victorian. Late classic 2-storey symmetrical
semi-detached snecked rubble with raised margins, otherwise
similar to nos, 3, 5 but with stop-chamfers at the canted
bays and flanking single-storey 1-window piended wings.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
