Early Victorian. Late classic 2-storey symmetrical
semi-detached, ashlar-fronted, each 2-storey and 2-window
canted bay with pilastered doorpiece with cavetto splay,
reversed plans; architraves, main cornice, piended, slated
roof, lower flanking screen walls each 1-window and door.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
