Description

Mid 19th century. Early Victorian classic. 2-storey and
basement semi-detached each 1 canted bay and 2-window,
pilastered doorpieces with railed steps, reversed plans:
ashlar-faced with raised quoins, architraves and lozenge
panels at spandrels of canted bays; main cornice and blocking
course hipped, slated roof.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
