Description

Francis and William Mackison circa 1863. Mid Victorian
2-storey coursed rubble semi-detached on corner site.
Clarendon Place elevation 2-window main mass with canted bay
to left, tripartite to right; recessed 1-window entrance bay,
arched doorpiece in consoled and shouldered frame; advanced
2-window right-hand section with entrance on flank to
Abercromby Place, similar arched and consoled doorpiece,
sculptured head keyblock. Piended, slated roof.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. This area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
